Terms of Service and Agreement

ZILAC DEVELOPMENT LLC. DBA “850 BOOST CLUB” (hereinafter referred to as "Company") guarantees that your account will post on one (1) of the three (3) major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion), usually all three, most accounts taking no later than 14 calendar days after the specified reporting date. Please order at least 5 days prior to the reporting date to ensure there is enough time to get the account added.

The services provided to you are contingent upon the conditions stated within this document. You, the SUBSCRIBER/PURCHASER, agree to the following conditions:

Privacy Policy and Copyright

  • Confidentiality: You agree to complete discretion in conjunction with the purchase of products. All correspondence between both participants is protected and comes with immunity.
  • Intellectual Property: Content published by this Company on any type of social media, referral, email, or mobile instrument, as well as online downloads, pictures, messages, texts, illustrations, and symbols, belong to the Company and are protected by international copyright laws.

Buyer Must Provide Accurate Information

  • Identification Documents: You must provide a picture of the front and back of your state-issued Driver's License or ID and Social Security card.
  • Personal Information: You must provide your full name, birth date, address, SSN, phone number, and email. Be sure to update addresses with your credit monitoring service if needed.
  • Credit Monitoring Access: You are required to provide login access to a credit monitoring service that covers all three bureaus. Credit Karma is not valid for refunds as it monitors only 2 bureaus.

Guarantee

  • Posting Timeline: All lines post in 1-2 weeks after the statement date, except American Express which may take up to 3 cycles.
  • Address Update: You may be required to update your address to match the tradeline.
  • No Guarantee on Score Increase: Score increases are not guaranteed.

Use of the 850 Bureau Blaster Application

  • Authorization: The Company is authorized to mail disputes on your behalf.
  • Disclaimer: The Company is not responsible for content generated by the app or its AI.
  • Customer Acknowledgment: You confirm experiencing at least one of the following:
    • Identity theft
    • Data breach
    • Exposed identity
    • Fraud
    • Inaccurate or inconsistent credit reporting
  • Assumption of Liability: You take full responsibility for all submitted information.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for disputes, debts, or claims from use of its services.
  • No warranties are made regarding results or score changes.
  • You agree to indemnify the Company from all claims resulting from your use.

Marketing and Communications Consent

By agreeing, you consent to be contacted via email, text, phone, or mail. You may opt out by emailing info@zilacdevelopment.com.

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • No chargebacks allowed after service is rendered.
  • Attempting reversal or fraud may result in legal action.

Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Houston, Texas.

Disclaimer

  • The Company avoids third-party intermediaries; most accounts are direct.
  • American Express accounts may not backdate or report history.
  • You are responsible for any changes in score or reports.

Disputes

  • Disputes must be reported and resolved within 90 business days.
  • All legal matters shall be handled in Houston, TX jurisdiction.
  • You agree not to defame the Company during this resolution period.

Arbitration Clause

  • Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Houston, TX.
  • Arbitration will follow AAA rules and the decision is final and binding.
  • Arbitration proceedings will remain confidential.
  • Each party pays their own legal fees and shares arbitration costs equally.

Refunds

  • If accounts don’t post within 90 days, a refund or replacement is offered.
  • You must notify the Company within 14 days of the reporting date.
  • No refunds after posting unless failure to report occurs.
  • No refunds for early terminations, though replacements may be offered at discount.
  • Credit limit reductions result in one free extra month.
  • Red flags, fraud alerts, and freezes disqualify you from refunds.

Red Flags, Fraud Alerts, and Freezes

  • You are responsible for removing any alerts or freezes before adding an account.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.
  • To cancel, contact info@zilacdevelopment.com or text 888-908-8889.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel subscriptions if terms are breached.

This agreement is legally binding upon electronic signature submission.
